CLAUDIA MASSERA
MOVEMENT - EMBODIMENT - CREATIVE HEALTH - SPEAKER
From Embodiment
To Performance
Belly dance is the portal.
Movement is the return.
For generations, women have moved through the language
of the hips, belly, chest, arms and spine.
For Claudia, belly dance is both an art form and a doorway
into something deeper:
sensation, femininity, sensuality,
expression, pleasure and presence.
She teaches the technique and then
invites women beyond
simply performing the movement
into feeling it from within.
"What happens when you stop
watching yourself dance…
and start feeling yourself dance..."
Ideas That
Move You
Experiences
That Stay With You
Claudia brings movement, lived experience and embodied practice into conversations about women, confidence, sensuality, self-expression, wellbeing and our relationship with our bodies.
Her talks don’t only ask audiences
to think differently.
They invite them
to experience themselves differently.

About Claudia
Claudia Massera is a speaker, author, movement artist and embodiment practitioner, and the founder of Dance Body Mind.
For more than 15 years, she has worked with women through dance, movement and embodied practice exploring what happens when we move beyond simply watching, judging and performing the body, and begin to experience it from the inside.
Rooted in belly dance, a movement language passed between women across generations, Claudia’s work brings together technique, embodiment, sensuality, femininity and self-expression. Her approach invites women not simply to learn how to move, but to discover how movement can become a way of feeling, expressing and inhabiting themselves more fully.
Claudia is also the creator, writer, choreographer and performer behind Symphony of Lights, her theatrical work bringing movement, storytelling and women’s lived experience to the stage. Her wider work spans speaking, Creative Health, community arts and the training of Dance Body Mind teachers internationally.
Across all of it runs one central invitation:
Come back to your body. Feel yourself from the inside.
