Low-impact, easy to follow dances for all ages
A fun, soulful afternoon of international music, movement, and connection. Join us for a unique experience that starts with uplifting dance led by DJ Marjam, Zumba, Latin, Persian, Bollywood fusion followed by Claudia Massera’s signature Belly Dance and Chakra movement journey.
We’ll end with a beautiful guided meditation and women’s circle to ground, reconnect, and nourish the soul.
