Service Description

This class is based on the LYT method of yoga developed by a physiotherapist. It is core and alignment focused. Still yoga, but think alignment and core!

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. Because this is a discounted offer and a private 1:1 service, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
