Service Description

Our teacher Winnie will guide you in a 75 minute practice of simple yoga movements to find spaciousness and connection to take into Vishoka Meditation, followed by a luxurious yoga nidra to help you begin your week with calm and presence.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. Because this is a discounted offer and a private 1:1 service, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
