Service Description

Chakra yoga is based on classical Hatha yoga and is designed to activate the seven energy centres in the subtle body. Through the practice we develop awareness of these centres and we start to understand how the Chakras manifest physically, mentally and emotionally in our lives.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. Because this is a discounted offer and a private 1:1 service, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
